Pearl Sharp Dressed Man
- 2 1/2 oz. Pearl® Original Vodka
- 1/4 oz. Green Olive juice
- Blue Cheese and Jerk SpicedStuffed Olives
- Start with fresh blue cheese and pour a generous amount of jerk spice on top, mix well. Remove pimento from three large green olives and stuff the blue cheese mixture in. Put blue cheese mix into a plastic baggy, push into bottom right corner of the bag, cut the corner of the bag off and squeeze mixture into the olives. Shake in a tin the Pearl Vodka and Olive Juice with ice, pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with Blue Cheese and Jerk Spice stuffed olives on a pick.
