  • 1 oz. Bellows® Rum
  • 1 oz. Lady Bligh® Coconut Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Cream
  • Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker.

Surf’s Up

  • 1 oz. Pearl® Peach Vodka
  • 2 oz. Cranberry Juice
  • 1 oz. Orange Juice
  • Flamed orange peel
  • Shake ingredients and pour over ice. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.

Sweet Dreams

  • 1 oz. Saint Brendan’s® Irish Cream
  • 1 oz. Arrow® Black Raspberry Liqueur
  • Hot Chocolate
  • Mix and top with marshmallows.

Tahitian Pearl

  • 2 oz. Pearl® Coconut
  • 1 oz. Arrow® Blue Curacao
  • 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • Shake well with ice in a shaker and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

  • 3 oz. Lady Bligh Spiced Rum
  • 1 oz. Lime Juice (fresh)
  • 1/2 tsp. superfine sugar
  • Dash of orange bitters
  • Fill with sparkling water
  • Shake with cracked ice and pour into a chilled Collins glass. Garnish with a slice of orange, a slice of banana, a maraschino cherry and sprinkle with nutmeg.

  • 3/4 oz. Saint Brendan’s® Irish Cream
  • 1 1/2 oz. Pearl® Caramel Vodka
  • 1 oz. Caffe Lolita® Coffee Liqueur
  • Finish with Milk
  • Serve in a rocks glass over ice.

Ultimate Sant’Gria

BRAND: ARROW®
  • 750mL of Yago® Sant’Gria (3 cups)
  • 2 ounces of Arrow®Brandy
  • 2 ounces of Gran Gala
  • 2 ounces of peach liqueur
  • 1 Peach, 1 Green Apple and 1 Orange – all peeled and diced
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 6 ounces of orange juice
  • 4 ounces of Lemon-Lime soda
  • Soak the fruit in the liqueurs for up to a full day. When ready to serve, add Yago, cinnamon, orange juice and soft drink. Pour over ice and serve.

  • 4 oz. Club Soda
