Perfect Pinot
- 2 oz. Pearl® Cucumber Vodka
- 3 oz. Pinot Grigio Wine
- Splash of Lemon Juice
- Pinch of Sugar
- 4-5 Mint Leaves
- Splash of Sprite®
- Muddle 4 or 5 mint leaves with lemon juice and sugar in a shaker. Add ice, Pearl Cucumber Vodka and Pinot Grigio, and shake. Pour over crushed ice in white wine glass. Top with a splash of Sprite and garnish with a mint sprig.
